Winemaking is a pretty ancient skill. Neolithic man had barely left the cave or figured out how to start a fire by the time he was stashing fermented grape juice in ceramic jugs. Being warm is one thing after all, but sitting down to a nice glass of cabernet is entirely another. Don’t be afraid to roll up your pant legs and get your feet dirty. Find the right class and bottle a vintage of your own!
