There was a time when the piano was just another newfangled invention and a pretty crazy one at that. Johann Sebastian Bach apparently didn’t think much of it at first, having a reaction not unlike that of a church organist asked to play “Amazing Grace” on a musical saw. Bach eventually came around, however, as did the rest of us. Learn “Chopsticks” or polish some arpeggios, then go out and impress your friends.
