Kettlebell

Kettlebell exercises build endurance and strength - strength and endurance, particularly in the legs, lower back, and shoulders.  They can also increase grip strength.  Kettlebell workouts typically contain basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk.  Workouts are designed to engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.
